The VST Series is comprised of two independent compressors and drive systems. The first stage is designed for greater volume at
lower pressure while the second stage is designed for the most efficient compression ratio. Utilizing an independent compressor
design allows our intelligent AirSmart controller to synchronize the second stage compressor speed to the exact needs of the first
stage-optimizing the input power of the package.
When air is not needed, the VST Series compressors stop running and do not vent to atmosphere, thus eliminating any waste
compressed air. The “soft” starting capability of the AirSmart controller allows the motor to start against a pressurized system
at any time and will do so as often as required by the system. Focusing on the details has allowed us to deliver the most
efficient compressor in the world.
